Reservation Policy~Reservations may be made over the phone or on-line.
Pay for the first night when you book the reservation with the following cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your reservation and you let us know at least 24 hours prior to your reservation you will be issued a gift certificate for the amount of the payment made. This certificate has no expiration or limitations for use and may be transferred to another party upon request.
Room types (Porter, Porter w/Sofa, Porter Two, Queen Conductor Suite, King
Conductor Suite) are guaranteed however theme and specific room may be altered at our discretion if needed.
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. THESE TIMES ARE FIRM. Please make arrangements for early arrivals IN ADVANCE. If you will be arriving later than 10 p.m. CALL US with your estimated time of arrival and we will decide the best way to accommodate your late arrival. Please arrive with your vehicle make, model and license plate number - yes, we need that information. Thank you in advance for honoring our requests.
